Your use of this site is an agreement that you accept the terms & conditions listed here. Since those terms may be changed from time to time, your continued use of the site after it has been updated with new terms will signify your agreement to those changes.
T&C 1: You must be 19 years of age or older. Your account is yours alone and must be kept secure. Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
T&C 2: You can make changes to your listing by adding, editing or removing information. There isn't a limit to the number of free listings that you wish to list. However, when filling out the "Post a Listing" section of our website, some fields within the product/service's attributes (title, description, price, photo(s)) need to be completed. Illegal items and/or services, fake/counterfeit products/services, scams, copyrighted materials for which you do not possess the right to use, dangerous/harmful/hateful materials or content that is false/misleading are not allowed. All of the information that you input into your listing(s) will remain yours. However, we may use your listing(s)' information (i.e., content) to promote your listing(s) through various advertising avenues (i.e., social media posts, email newsletters).
T&C 3: We provide all of our sellers with the opportunity to list their listings for free; in addition to providing free listings, we also allow each seller to promote their own listings via an attractive advertisement on our website. To do so, we give each seller the choice to have their listing placed in our “Featured Listings” section. A seller who chooses to utilize this feature will be required to pay a small fee to ensure that his/her listings are viewed by the largest possible number of potential purchasers (both locally and globally).
T&C 4: We review each listing to ensure it meets our safety and trust standards. We can take action (edit, remove, suspend) on listings that violate any of our T&C. In some instances we will contact you; in others we won't. If you have questions regarding whether your listing adheres to our policy, please contact us for assistance.
T&C 5: It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the information you provide in the listings you create on this website is accurate and that your communications with other members of this community are honest and truthful. If at any time you see something which appears dishonest or misleading, please contact us immediately.
T&C 6: While we do our best, there are no guarantees that this mauiklan.my will perform perfectly, or that all listings are correct.
T&C 7: We may be able to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user's account if they violate any of our T&C. In addition, you have an option to close your own account at anytime.
T&C 8: We will let you know about any significant updates. Your continued use of this website means you agree to the updated version.
T&C 9: All listings submitted will need to be placed within one of the categories listed on mauiklan.my. The listing you submit should be able to fit into at least some of those categories. However, if your listing can't fit into any of the available categories; it's best to edit your listing's content or submit a different listing that is a better match.
T&C 10: Please remove all your old/inactive listings from our website. You can do this by clicking "delete" on your own dashboard interface. This action will give you more room to list new listings and increase how fast our website loads.
