Welcome to mauIklan.my. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for accessing and using the mauIklan.my platform.
By accessing, registering with, or using mauIklan.my, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is acknowledged. These Terms may be updated when necessary. Any revised Terms will take effect once published on mauIklan.my. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
T&C 1: Account Eligibility and Security
A person must be at least 19 years old to register for an account and use the services provided by mauIklan.my.
Account information, including login details and passwords, must be kept secure and confidential. Account holders are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts and must prevent unauthorized access.
Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to mauIklan.my.
T&C 2: Creating and Managing Listings
mauIklan.my provides a platform for approved advertisers to create and manage online listings. Listings can be added, edited, or removed through the account dashboard.
Standard listings are available free of charge, with no fixed limit on the number of free listings that can be created, subject to these Terms and applicable platform requirements.
All information provided in a listing must be accurate, clear, and relevant to the product or service being advertised. All required information must be completed before a listing can be published.
Listings must not contain counterfeit goods, fraudulent offers, scams, unauthorized copyrighted material, false or misleading information, or any content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
T&C 3: Free and Featured Listings
Standard listings on mauIklan.my are available free of charge.
For additional visibility, an optional Featured Listing service is available for a fee. Once payment has been successfully verified and approved, the listing will be displayed as a Featured Listing for the selected period.
Featured Listings receive additional visibility on mauIklan.my. However, additional visibility does not guarantee enquiries, responses, or successful transactions.
T&C 4: Listing Review and Moderation
mauIklan.my may review listings to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable listing requirements.
A listing that contains prohibited, inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant content may be rejected, edited, suspended, or removed.
mauIklan.my reserves the right to take appropriate action when a listing does not comply with these Terms.
T&C 5: Accuracy of Information and Responsible Use
All information submitted to mauIklan.my must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
The platform must not be used to publish false or misleading information, conduct fraudulent activities, misrepresent products or services, or engage in any unlawful or inappropriate activity.
mauIklan.my reserves the right to review and take appropriate action against content or activities that do not comply with these Terms.
T&C 6: Platform Availability and System Reliability
mauIklan.my aims to provide a reliable, accessible, and secure online advertising platform. However, continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, technical issues, software updates, security measures, or circumstances beyond the control of mauIklan.my.
Testing and maintenance are carried out to support system stability, functionality, error prevention, and security. However, no online system can be guaranteed to operate completely free from errors, technical issues, or security risks at all times.
T&C 7: Account Suspension and Closure
mauIklan.my may restrict, suspend, or permanently close an account if these Terms are violated or if the account is involved in fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate activities.
The action taken will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation. Where necessary, access may be temporarily restricted while the matter is being reviewed.
An account may also be closed voluntarily through the available account management options.
T&C 8: Changes to the Platform and Terms
mauIklan.my may update, modify, add, or remove platform features and services when necessary to improve functionality, security, performance, or compliance with applicable requirements.
These Terms and Conditions may also be revised from time to time. Important changes will be announced through mauIklan.my where appropriate.
Continued use of mauIklan.my after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
T&C 9: Categories and Subcategories
Every listing must be placed in the category and subcategory that best describe the product or service being advertised.
If a listing is suitable for more than one category, the most relevant category should be selected. An appropriate subcategory must also be selected.
Correct classification helps keep listings properly organized and makes relevant products and services easier to find.
mauIklan.my may change the category or subcategory of a listing when necessary to maintain accurate and appropriate classification.
T&C 10: Old and Inactive Listings
Listings that are no longer available, relevant, or required should be removed through the account dashboard.
Regular removal of outdated listings helps keep information current and supports the efficient use of system storage and resources.
mauIklan.my may manage or remove old or inactive listings as part of its platform maintenance procedures. Certain listings may be excluded from removal, including active Featured Listings and listings associated with pending payments.
T&C 11: Featured Listing Payments and Verification
Payment for a Featured Listing by bank transfer requires proof of payment to be submitted through the Report Bank Transfer form on mauIklan.my.
Uploading a payment receipt does not automatically confirm successful payment. Payment details and transaction records must be verified before a Featured Listing can be activated.
Once payment has been successfully verified, the Featured Listing will be approved and activated for the selected period. If payment cannot be verified, or if the submitted information is incomplete or incorrect, activation may be delayed or declined.
Any issue relating to payment verification may be submitted to mauIklan.my for further review.
