Position: Account Assistant cum Admin

Location: Laman Seri, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam.

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500

Working Hours: 5 days a Week

Preferer: women


Account :

· Have knowledge and be able to do full set of account.

·To perform monthly bank reconciliation.

·To records all the transaction for payable & receivable.

·To list & prepare payment voucher every monthly.

· Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management.

·Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department.

·Ability to lead, coach and supervise subordinates.

·Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, cosec and others.


·Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and compliance to company policies.

· Answers phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), schedules meetings and supports visitors.

·Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

·Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required.


·Min. Education: Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

·At least 3 years working experience.

·Able to handle full set of accounts.

·Positive working attitude and responsible.

·Efficient and meticulous

·Able to communicate and work well with others.

·Able to start immediately or within short notice.
